Limpidity comic strips, artwork and related text are copyright © Po Shan Cheah, i.e. me.

Internet distribution is permitted as long as:

• the material is used for non-profit purposes. It must be truly non-profit with no banner ads or affiliate programs. Otherwise, ask before proceeding.
• the comic strips are not altered in any way, other than making thumbnail images for links.
• the artist, i.e. me, is given credit. Please include my name and either or both my web page address http://www.limpidity.com and e-mail address [email protected].

None of that applies to print and non-internet (e.g. CD-ROM) publications. Always ask first. If your zine has paid subscriptions or ads then I will have to ask for payment if you print the comic strips. For non-profit publications, I will decide on a case-by-case basis.

Fanart is okay with me but I'd appreciate having a copy. If there is enough interest, I'll open a fanart section on this website.

Sharing the comic strips privately is okay. Personal use (e.g. printouts, download and save, Windows wallpaper) is okay.

And finally, when in doubt, ask.
